Shipping Policy

Shipping at Evadné takes a standard 3-5 days. We only offer courier at this point, for R99. We are unable to offer collections at this time due to Covid-19.

After your item has been shipped and shipping has been confirmed via email, your parcel is out of our hands and is your responsibility to track and receive.

Return & Exchange Policy

Should your item be damaged or faulty, you are more than welcome to contact us at shopmyevadne@gmail.com so that we can either refund you for your item, or provide you with a coupon code to the value of the damaged item. Shipping-fees are non-refundable.
